This is Shadow. He was a Russian blue and a precious member of our family until last year when he died of feline leukemia. Pictures don't really do him justice. He was the most beautiful cat I have ever seen.
It must be a common think for these cats to die at a very young age from leuk, I had one named Dexter and he too died at the age of 8 yrs old. He is still after 5 years missed more everyday as well as loved.
